Why You Should Visit

WAN-TO, the natural-grass dog run and cafe in Tonboike Park, Kishiwada, marks its second anniversary with a three-day festival. Dogs using the run can join a lucky draw where every ticket wins, with prizes including toys and WAN-TO's own vegetable cookies and chicken-breast jerky. In front of the run, food trucks serving crepes and soups and a stall selling clothes for dachshunds change from day to day. Sign up as a member during the festival and that day's entry is free, which makes it a good moment to join if you plan to come back with your dog.
