Venue & access: Sankita-dori (north side of Hankyu Kobe-Sannomiya Station) Right by Hankyu Kobe-Sannomiya Station, about 3 minutes on foot from JR Sannomiya Station. Visitors are asked not to come by bicycle or car.

Why You Should Visit

Sankita-dori, the street on the north side of Hankyu Kobe-Sannomiya Station, becomes car-free and fills with tables and chairs for the day. Eight restaurants from EKIZO Kobe Sannomiya and the Sankita shopping street serve food, while brass and jazz-funk bands, breakdancers, live painters and DJs perform along the east, center and west of the street. In 2026 it falls on Halloween, Saturday, October 31. Free entry.
