Why You Should Visit

An animal welfare day run by the Osaka Prefectural and Osaka City Veterinary Medical Associations with Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City. Pergola Square in Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park hosts a rescue cat adoption event on Purina's "Cat Bus", demonstrations by guide dogs, police dogs and disaster rescue dogs, a junior vet experience for kids, dog training classes and a stamp rally. Brass band and cheerleading performances fill the stage, and everything is free. A good family day out to watch working dogs up close or to meet a cat looking for a home.
