Why You Should Visit

Once a year, towns and local groups from western Harima gather on the lawn plaza of Harima Science Garden City for this community festival, held under the slogan "Connecting to the Future." Try hands-on programs from Hyogo Field Pavilion, the prefecture's network of experience-based tourism, and join a quiz rally around the grounds. There are also a zipline, climbing, inflatable play equipment, displays of EVs and police, fire and Self-Defense Forces vehicles, and an earthquake simulator truck. The Nishi-Hari Marche brings local food, regional products and food trucks. A good day out for families with children.
