Why You Should Visit

On December weekends the Hyogo Prefectural Flower Center in Kasai stays open into the evening and lights up its central flower bed and main greenhouse. A tunnel of lights spans the central bed, while inside the greenhouse orchids, tuberous begonias, tropical plants and carnivorous plants are illuminated. Lights are on from 17:00 to 20:00.
