Why You Should Visit

A walk-around music festival started by local volunteers to link the Nishi-ku and Fukushima-ku neighbourhoods along Naniwasuji. For its third year there is a free Park Fest in the east section of Utsubo Park with three stages, food trucks and fairground stalls; a Live Circuit across cafés, open plazas and a university campus; and the return of a bar-hopping "bal" around Noda and Fukushima. About 120 acts, from amateurs to professionals, are expected. Suits families who want to listen to music in the park as well as anyone looking to discover new local spots.

TICKETS / REGISTRATION

No booking needed for Park Fest or Live Circuit. Bal cards go on sale from 13 October via the official social accounts such as Instagram, and at participating shops.

Is there an entry fee?

Park Fest in Utsubo Park is free. Live Circuit venues each set their own entry fee or drink minimum.

Is it suitable for children?

Park Fest plans a Kids Park with fairground stalls and bouncy castles, plus an art workshop booth.

What happens if it rains?

Some content is cancelled in rain and the event is cancelled in stormy weather. Decisions are posted on the official social accounts on the day.
