Why You Should Visit

A summer festival held every year on Nakanoshima by an executive committee of nine local organizations including Keihan Holdings and the Rihga Royal Hotel. The highlight is a bon-odori dance featuring guest performer Kawachiya Kikusuimaru, alongside music performances by citizen volunteers. Food stalls run by nearby restaurants, including the Rihga Royal Hotel, line the riverside venue. Admission is free, making for an easy summer evening outing along the water.
