Why You Should Visit

A festival for everyone, with or without disabilities, held at the Tachibana Park Baseball Field right next to Amagasaki City Hall. Started in 2017, it celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. More than 70 food and craft booths line the field, most of them run by welfare workshops and support facilities. Two stages run all day with dance, music and rakugo, plus the much-loved Meets the Shinkigeki comedy performed with cast members with disabilities. Hands-on corners include lying in a coffin, para-sports and more. Entry is free and you can come and go as you like, so it is easy to drop by with kids and browse the stalls.
