Kobe Renga Art Marche in Nada 2026

Why You Should Visit

Under the theme "turning Kobe's street corners into an atelier," the plaza in front of JR Nada Station becomes an open-air art market for one day. Painters, illustrators, craft makers and secondhand booksellers set up side by side, so you can browse the work and talk directly with the people who made it. Live painting, a sketch session, live music and an art-supply outlet sale are also planned. Admission is free, and it pairs well with a walk down Museum Road toward the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art.

Is there an admission fee?

Admission is free. Artwork and art supplies are sold separately.

What happens if it rains?

The event is outdoors and will be cancelled if it rains. Whether it goes ahead is announced on the organizer's official X account on the day.

Do I need a reservation? Can I come with children?

No reservation is needed and you can come and go freely during opening hours. It is held on a station plaza, so it is an easy size to visit with children.
