Why You Should Visit

The Kobe Old Pulteney Bar Rally turns 197 bars across the city into a whisky-hopping game. Order an Old Pulteney at a participating bar and scan the in-app QR code to collect a bar-specific digital badge — every two bars visited earns another prize-draw entry. A fun way to bar-hop and sample whisky around town. Runs Aug 1 – Sep 30, 2026, for ages 20 and up.

· Renewed this year from the previous physical stamp card to a digital rally in the TOTTEI official app

· Every 2 bars visited earns one more prize-draw entry

· Winners will be notified via prize shipment around mid-November 2026
