Kamomen, the mascot of Kobe's Chuo ward, visits Sysmex Kobe Ice Campus, the year-round rink at HAT Kobe. Draw Kamomen at an on-ice drawing corner or make a paper-craft Kamomen hat; the drawings go on display rinkside. Held during public skating on Sunday, September 20; regular admission applies.
