Why You Should Visit

For three nights over Obon, the fountain plaza of Hanazono Central Park turns into an open-air beer garden. Thirty vendors serve each night with over a hundred menu items, and the line-up rotates day to day. With 180 tables and chairs set out, you can settle in rather than stand. Acoustic sets from reggae artists and festival games like lucky draws and target shooting round it out, so families fit in easily.
