TICKETS / REGISTRATION

The Oct 17 main program needs no registration. The evening reception (Oct 17, 18:00, Nara Plaza Hotel) and the Oct 18 giant-tree bus tour (2 courses, 40 seats each) required advance booking through the JTB registration system during Aug 10-Sep 11, 2026. Questions about the system go to JTB Nara Branch (Oiwa, r.oiwa260@jtb.com). Whether late applications are still accepted is not stated.
