Étoile, the crispy-crêpe shop from Sakai, holds an autumn fair at its Rokko branch, opened in February 2026 on the Rokko Hondori shopping arcade, to mark six months in business. Children of primary-school age and under get a free half crêpe, and the shaved ice and festival games — character scooping, squishy scooping, a sweets grab and a bouncy-ball lottery — are all free too. It is a thank-you to the locals who keep the arcade busy, and as the shop sits inside the covered arcade leading from JR Rokkomichi Station, it works in rain too.
