Why You Should Visit

A two-day outdoor festival at ON THE HILL, the creative hub on the hilltop of Hiokayama Park in Kakogawa. It's run by CALMA, an art project by ON THE HILL producer Ryo Okamoto built around the idea that "the tribes of the future exist today." Started in 2025, it returns for a second year with about 50 invited vendors from across Japan selling food, goods and workshops, plus live music and talks. After 8pm it switches to a DJ and bar session. Free entry and free parking.

Yes, free parking is available, about 5 minutes by car from the Kakogawa ramp of the Kakogawa Bypass.

Live music and stalls run until 8pm, followed by a DJ and bar session until 10pm.
