Fully reservation-based. For the Civic Plaza, residents/workers/students of Ashiya are free, while visitors from outside the city pay a 500 yen safety-management fee per person. Sponsor viewing seats are a separate paid ticket.

From JR/Hanshin Ashiya Station or Hankyu Ashiyagawa Station, take a Hankyu bus and get off at "Ashiya-shi Sogo-koen-mae." There is no event parking and traffic restrictions are in place, so please come by public transport.

REGISTRATION

Fully reservation-based — those without a reservation cannot enter, and resale is prohibited. The Civic Plaza admission tickets have reached capacity and are closed (as of June 2026). Paid sponsor viewing seats come in several types and are sold mainly via Lawson Ticket (recommended), as well as the event office and hometown-tax (furusato nozei); some types are already sold out. ・Bought mainly via Lawson Ticket (recommended); also event office / hometown-tax (sand seats also at the Seven-Eleven by JR Ashiya Station)

・Civic Plaza (general seats): the lawn south of the ground at Ashiya Sogo Park — opens 1:00 PM, closes 9:00 PM
・Sponsor viewing seats (fireworks): on the Shioashiya Beach side — East Gate opens 2:30 PM / West Gate opens 5:30 PM / closes around 9:00 PM
