Why You Should Visit

A one-day fair run by the hometown-tax site Satofull, bringing 40 municipalities from Hokkaido to Okinawa to Grand Green Osaka, right by Osaka Station. Stalls sell local specialities with tastings and samples, and town staff and local mascots take turns on a PR stage. Satofull's "rice sommelier" runs a quiz where you guess which of three rice brands you are tasting, and there is a corner introducing disaster-relief giving through the hometown tax system. Entry is free, so it is easy to drop in while shopping in Umeda.
