Car: no event-day parking near the venue and no shuttle bus (roads around the venue close from 14:30)

Why You Should Visit

A show combining fireworks, music and lasers at Hyogo Prefectural Takasago Seaside Park on the Takasago waterfront. The 12th edition takes place on Saturday, October 31, 2026, the first time it falls on Halloween, with Halloween-themed touches planned. The show runs for about an hour from 19:00, with fireworks and lasers choreographed to music. You watch from the sandy beach, and the gates open at 15:00. Elementary-school age and up need a personal sponsor ticket (¥2,000 in advance). A good pick if you want a full hour of choreographed fireworks by the sea on an autumn night.

You watch from the sandy beach, about a 5-minute walk from the entrance gate
Bringing your own picnic sheet is not allowed; sheets are handed out at the gate. Tables, chairs and cooler boxes are not allowed either
Umbrellas cannot be used during the show
No pets
Temporary bicycle and motorbike parking at Mukaijima Multi-purpose Ballpark near the gate

Food & drink

Food and goods booths (local food stalls and food trucks) inside the venue, including alcohol sales
Bringing your own food and drink is allowed. There are no bins in the venue

Weather decisions

Goes ahead in light rain. In typhoons or severe weather it moves to Sun 11/1, and may be cancelled on both days
When bad weather is expected, the go/no-go decision is made at 11:30 and announced 11:30–12:00 on the official website and Facebook

Elementary-school age and up need a personal sponsor ticket: ¥2,000 in advance (until Oct 30), ¥3,000 on site on Oct 31. Preschoolers do not need one.

Gates open at 15:00 and the show runs 19:00–20:00.

What happens if it rains?
