About 3 min on foot from the east exit of Neyagawashi Station (Keihan Main Line), or 4 min from the west exit; Keihan buses stop at Neyagawashi Station. Roads are restricted from about 13:00 to 22:00 and there is no parking, so you cannot come by car.

There are 4 car parks within a 12-minute walk of Sawayaka Road at Neyagawashi Station, Chuo Elementary, Alkas Hall and Hatsuhonmachi Park, and 2 public restrooms within 8 minutes. The map shows each with its walking time.

TICKETS / REGISTRATION

No booking to attend. Snow World alone is ticketed: advance sales at city hall on August 22, 10:00–13:00 (timed 10-minute slots for 16:00–18:00), with a limited on-site sale for the 18:00–19:00 slots.

NOTE

This year's venue change

• The usual Uchiagegawa flood-control park is under renovation until March 2027, so the festival moves to Sawayaka Road by Neyagawashi Station
• The fireworks and light show of past years are not on this year's programme

• No claiming spots with mats — the road is needed for pedestrians and the stages
• Performers, order and times may change or be cancelled
• Roads are restricted from about 13:00 to 22:00; there is no parking and you cannot come by car
