Why You Should Visit
A free outdoor music festival built around the theme "by students, for students" — everything from planning and operations to live sound and performance is handled by students, with 18 groups from 10 Kansai-area universities set to perform. Now in its second year, the 2026 edition adds an open-air stage and food stalls run by students and local eateries. Held at TOTTEI PARK overlooking Kobe Port, it's a relaxed, energetic event for anyone who wants to enjoy live music by the sea.
