The 5th edition again takes place at the waterside square of Tonboike Park. From 11:00 there are food trucks, a stage, a flea market and hands-on booths, and the fireworks go up from around 18:00 after dark. FAQ

What happens if it rains?
The event is cancelled in bad weather, and there is no rain date.
Can I go by car?
The park has three paid car parks (¥600 per day for standard cars on weekends and holidays). Leaving right after the fireworks takes time and nearby roads get busy, so the organiser suggests enjoying the stalls and stage, which run until 19:30, and leaving a little later.
Can I watch from the Large Lawn?
No. The Large Lawn is closed all day for the fireworks launch; the event area is the waterside square (Mizube no Hiroba).
