About a 6-min walk from Takarazuka-Minamiguchi Station (Hankyu Imazu Line), or 11 min from JR/Hankyu Takarazuka Station. By car, the Arts Center lot holds only 12 cars, so public transport is the safer choice.

Advance tickets are sold at participating shops (to be announced), the Takarazuka International Tourism Association, SIDEMAAN'S STAND, SHIZUKU COFFEE ROASTER and online. See the official site for details.
