Why You Should Visit

An outdoor music festival at Fureai Ryokuchi Park in Hattori-nishimachi, Toyonaka, now in its 10th edition. There are live sets by the featured artists, workshops for kids and food and goods stalls, and the organizers pitch it at all ages, from fans of the acts to families with small children. The signature event is the "500-Person Guitar" sing-along, where visitors bring guitars and play the same songs together. This year's three set songs are "Kaze ni Naritai," "Ai wo Komete Hanataba wo" and "Sora mo Toberu Hazu," played by everyone at the start and at the end. You can simply listen, or bring a guitar and join in.
