Why You Should Visit

The after-dark edition of Cul Bar Town, a neighborhood food-and-drink event in Sanda's Culture Town district. Eighteen carefully chosen shops and community groups — most of them local to Sanda — set up at Spark Base, the startup hub on Kwansei Gakuin University's Kobe-Sanda Campus. Expect taco rice, grilled beef skewers, spice curry and shaved ice with free-pour syrup, plus local sake, coffee, a DJ set, hula dancing and craft workshops for kids. Four hours from 4pm until sundown, with adults, students and children all mixed together.
