Before you join

• Book under the accompanying guardian's name and phone number (proxy booking for friends is not allowed).
• Chef's coat, hat and utensils are provided at the venue.
• Come in cool, easy-to-move clothing and arrive 10 min early to check in and pay at the counter.
• In hot weather, it's recommended to chill the finished cake in the shop's fridge before taking it home (about 1 hour).
• A short 5-min break may be added depending on participants' ages.
• Regarding food allergies: allergens are handled with the same equipment, so join under guardian responsibility (no individual substitutions or separate utensils; ask the shop about ingredients).
