Why You Should Visit
A brand-new music and culture festival that brings seven of Hyogo's festivals together for a single day along the Kobe Bay Area, where the city meets the sea. Centered on TOTTEI PARK, live music, food, a kids' area and basketball games unfold across several venues all within a 1–5 minute walk of each other. A single ticket lets you roam between every site and soak up a different atmosphere at each—a true "culture mix." With its open waterfront setting, it's easy to enjoy whether you come with family or for the music.
