Why You Should Visit

An autumn festival at JICA Kansai, the Japan International Cooperation Agency's center in HAT Kobe, which opens its building to the public for the day — this is the 4th edition. Booths from 19 international cooperation groups introduce cultures from around the world, and there's a problem-solving game where you play a JICA overseas volunteer, a fashion show of national costumes by people in Japan on JICA programs, and stage performances of the Mongolian morin khuur and Ukrainian music. The cafeteria serves ethnic dishes, including Egyptian food. Admission is free, and since it's mostly indoors, it works on a rainy day too.
