Why You Should Visit

A community Halloween party held on October 31 itself, in the 1F lobby and outdoor grounds of Higashi-Osaka City Hall. There is a costume contest with same-day, first-come entry, simple wound-makeup sessions, a bingo game from 14:00 and stage shows by the Shoin dance club and the "Ojisan Dancers", formed just for this event, plus workshop and food booths. It is a public-private project using the spaces around City Hall with free entry — a good outing for families in costume.
