Pizzeria Dal cordaio, a wood-fired Neapolitan pizzeria in Goshikiyama, Tarumi, opened in October 2026. The dough is 100% Haruyutaka wheat from Hokkaido at over 75% hydration, baked in a Stefano Ferrara wood-fired oven. At lunch four pizzas, including margherita and gorgonzola, are ¥1,800. In the evening pizzas run ¥1,700–2,400, alongside starters, pasta and oven-roasted Sanda pork or chicken thigh. Closed Mondays and Sunday evenings; book by phone.
