L'atelier Kobe, a bakery run by Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe, opens on the first floor of the hotel's main building on October 7, 2026. The bread previously served at the hotel's breakfast buffet and in-house shop now gets its own storefront. Baked in the on-site kitchen: croissants, seasonal Danish pastries, loaf bread and baguettes, curry bread and melon pan, plus cakes and baked sweets from the hotel's pastry chef. Within walking distance of JR Maiko Station and Sanyo Maiko-koen Station. Open 9:00–18:00.
