STREET CHURROS, a churros specialist from Seoul, opens on October 17, 2026 in the first-floor Food Marche of Mitsui Outlet Park Marinepia Kobe, its first shop in Hyogo. The dough uses 16 grains including oats and lentils, giving churros that are crisp outside and chewy inside when fresh from the fryer. There are also churros paired with soft-serve ice cream.

- 韓国・ソウルの梨泰院で2014年に始まったチュロス専門店で、兵庫県では初めての店。
- 生地にオーツ麦やレンズ豆など16種類の穀物を使い、注文ごとに生地を絞って揚げる。
- ソフトクリームはエストニアの工場製。チュロスに乗せたミルクチュロスは650円。
- チュロスとドリンクを組んだコンボは1,230円から。
