Right at Island Center Station on the Rokko Liner. By car, about 5 min from the Rokko Island Kita exit of Hanshin Expressway Route 5 Bayshore (use nearby paid parking)

TICKETS / REGISTRATION

No registration needed for booths, Trick or Treat and the stage. The costume contest (Oct 24) and costume parade (Oct 25) require advance registration; details will be announced on the special site to be published later.

Both days

• Booths: shops and companies from the island, food trucks, fresh vegetables
• Trick or Treat: visit shops and facilities around the island and say the magic words for sweets (while supplies last)
• Halloween Bank / Halloween Craft: art corner where you design your own Halloween goods (while supplies last)
• Games & attractions: inflatables and old-style fair stalls
• Street performances: performers roaming the venue
• Performance stage: local dance teams and artists

Sat Oct 24

• Costume contest: advance registration. Prizes for top entries

Sun Oct 25

• Costume parade: advance registration. Gifts for registered participants, first come first served
• Vissel Kobe mascot Movi and the Elecom Kobe Finies Cheerleaders join the parade
