Price & booking: Free admission. Beer tickets: advance booklet of 5 for 3,200 yen (until Oct 30) / same-day 5 for 3,500 yen or 2 for 1,500 yen. Advance booklets include a 500-yen mall shopping/dining voucher. A dedicated glass (1,500 yen) or plastic cup (100 yen) is needed for beer (sold on the day). Advance booklets (5 for 3,200 yen, with a 500-yen shopping/dining voucher) are sold on TicketDiveuntil Oct 30; limited and close when sold out. Same-day beer tickets (5 for 3,500 yen / 2 for 1,500 yen) are limited and cash only. Tickets are not sold singly. Food and other booths are paid at each stall.
Venue & access: Big Roof Plaza & LAGOON COMMUNITY PARK, Mitsui Outlet Park Marinepia Kobe About a 10-minute walk from Tarumi Station (JR / Sanyo Railway). Free shuttle buses operate from the west exit of JR Tarumi Station.

Why You Should Visit

A new craft beer festival launched by the team behind 'Bakuen HYOGO', the spring beer event held outside JR Hyogo Station. Five Hyogo breweries that proved popular at Bakuen are joined by around ten more chosen from across Japan — Shiga Kogen, Minoh Beer and Nara Brewing among them — for 15 breweries and more than 60 beers at Marinepia Kobe, with the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge in view. Admission is free and beer is served against tickets. Advance booklets (5 for 3,200 yen, on sale until Oct 30) include a 500-yen mall voucher; same-day tickets are cash only. Spice curry, tacos and a Tarumi bakery handle the food, alongside a DJ and dance stage, a bonfire booth and mölkky.
