For five days, potteries from kiln towns across Japan gather at ACRiE Himeji to sell tableware that brightens everyday life. Daily programs include an ikebana-and-pottery exhibition, a pottery contest with prizes, and a bakery festa featuring popular bakers. Paid, reservation-based workshops cover kintsugi repair and ceramic painting, and a concurrent artisan exhibition shows craftsmen at work. Pottery lovers can easily spend half a day here.
