Why You Should Visit
A one-day marche at the Design and Creative Center Kobe (KIITO) under the theme "A day to connect with makers." Over 40 booths, chosen through an open call, fill the building, giving visitors a relaxed way to meet makers, try things hands-on, and discover the fun of craft and design. Hands-on activities range from portrait drawing, flower arranging, board games, macramé and disaster-prep workshops, to a food lineup that includes Taiwanese dishes, spice curry, bagels and house-roasted coffee, plus shops selling wooden accessories, fresh produce and upcycled goods. Easy to explore with kids, it's just as enjoyable for dedicated makers as for anyone who simply wants to wander in and browse a booth or two.
