Horumon Bonkura, a grilled-offal restaurant, opened at 1-2-27 Azumadori, Chuo-ku, Kobe on September 7, 2026, about a 3-minute walk from Hanshin Kasuganomichi Station. The offal is served pre-seasoned and spicy, so no dipping sauce is needed, and you can pick the meat-to-offal ratio (5:5, 7:3 or 3:7). There is also a hotpot version, highballs from ¥390, and courses by reservation for two or more. Open 17:00–26:00.
