BonBon-do, a shaved-ice and galette shop, opened at 1-15-2 Nakayamatedori, Chuo-ku, Kobe on September 4, 2026, in room 401 of the Fuji Building. The lineup includes strawberry mascarpone milk, pistachio milk and fig gorgonzola cream. Hours are 12:00–17:00 for the time being, closed Mondays and some irregular days. Cash only; reservations and enquiries are handled by Instagram DM.
