ATELIER AO, a Southern European restaurant with just six counter seats, opened at Kitanagasa-dori 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Kobe on September 1, 2026. Lunch is a 6-dish course for ¥1,500 or an 8-dish course for ¥2,000; dinner offers courses from ¥11,000 alongside à la carte, with dishes such as persimmon and burrata, chilled sea urchin fedelini, and grilled beef rump.
