Suma Rikyu Park Plum Blossom Festival 2026

After the temporary closure, the Plum Blossom Festival, heralding spring at Suma Rikyu Park, will begin on January 24 (Sat).

The plum garden at Suma Rikyu Park features 150 trees of approximately 25 varieties that bloom successively from late January to early March. Starting with early-blooming Yaekankō and Gyokubōtan, and ending with late-blooming Bungo and Kurehashidare, visitors can enjoy plum blossoms for about 1.5 months.
