Most 'near-station' venues are within walking distance of JR / Sanyo Electric Railway Himeji Station. The suburban program covers venues in other parts of the city.

【How it works (4 steps)】
1. Buy the 'Bar Book' (¥500), your entry pass
2. Use the map to wander to a shop that looks interesting
3. Show your Bar Book and order the 'Bar Set Menu'
4. When full, head to a Late-night Himeji Bar for round two

【About the Bar Book】
- ¥500 per copy / one copy required per person (also required if a child orders the set menu)
- Limited quantities. Sold at participating shops, all Bon Marché stores, VOX Shikama, and online (Himeji Bar Book)
- Shipping: ¥190 per copy; free on 2 or more
- Lost books must be repurchased

【Payment】
- Not a ticket system. Pay for each Bar Set Menu in cash at the shop

【Notes】
- Participating days, hours, bar-menu serving times and prices vary by shop within the event period — check each shop's page in the Bar Book
- During the event, service style (standing-only, set menus, etc.) may differ from normal
- Reservations for the bar menu are not accepted; please refrain from calling shops during the event
