access: About 30 min by Kobe City Bus route 66 from Sannomiya Station, or route 120 from Myodani subway station. Get off at 'Shiawase no Mura'; the nearest stop to the venue is 'Shiawase no Mura Chuo'. By car, about 25 min from Sannomiya via the Sanroku Bypass, with parking available.
REGISTRATION: No registration is needed to visit — anyone can stop by. If you'd like to run a booth, apply via the official Shiawase no Mura page (deadline June 14; booth fee 4,000 yen per space).
NOTE: Along with the flea market of up to 60 booths, you'll find stalls selling handmade goods and kitchen cars serving food — so you can hunt for finds and grab a bite while you browse.

The event runs in light rain but is cancelled in severe weather, with no rain date. Whether it goes ahead is decided from the forecasts at noon the day before and 6 a.m. on the day, and the result is posted on the official website and social media. Please check the latest information before heading out.
