SHIN DONUTS., a weekends-only doughnut stand, opened on October 10, 2026 at Zappa Village, a cluster of shops and studios in Ishikura, Himeji. The doughnuts first appeared at a pre-opening during the village's Kujira Festival in September; freshly fried doughnuts and drinks are sold to take away. Open Saturdays and Sundays 11:00–16:00, until sold out. It sits next to the Lu.bande dog grooming salon.
