Marushun, built around dashi broth with small plates and seasonal hot pots, holds its grand opening on October 24, 2026 in Sagisu 1-chome, Fukushima Ward (pre-opening from October 22). Udon at lunch, small plates and nabe in the evening. Open 11:00–15:00 (last order 14:00) and 17:00–22:00 (last order 21:00); closed Mondays (or the following day when Monday is a holiday).
