Kushikatsu no Daitoyo, a standing bar serving deep-fried skewers, opens under the JR Sannomiya Station tracks, across from Shokudo Mononoke, on October 7, 2026. The communal no-double-dipping sauce is blended with demi-glace, a nod to Kobe's Western-style yoshoku cooking. A Kobe-style beef cutlet skewer is ¥429 including tax, with Yebisu on draft and Daruma highballs. Counters are set up both inside and along the arcade. Open weekdays 17:00–23:00 and weekends/holidays 11:00–23:00, no closing days.
