KASAK, a standing bar pairing crab with sake, opened on October 2, 2026, on the sea side of Piazza Kobe 2 under the tracks between Sannomiya and Motomachi. It is run by Maruya Suisan, a crab dealer from Kasumi in Kami Town on the Sea of Japan coast. Expect shelled red snow crab (50g, ¥660), crab miso (¥480) and seared crab miso in the shell (¥680), with Kasumitsuru one-cup sake (¥600). The shop counter is open 11:00–23:00 and the standing bar 16:00–23:00. There is a ¥200 table charge.
