Kozou Chuka Soba, a chuka soba shop from the KOZOU group behind Fukushima's rich tonkotsu ramen shop Ramen Kozou, opened its first Osaka branch on October 30, 2026 in Fukushima 6-chome, Fukushima Ward. The broth is a lighter, semi-cloudy pork-bone soup paired with a soy tare developed with Matsushimaya, a soy sauce brewery in Shimane. Open 11:00–22:00 daily; 20 seats.
