Ginduki opened on September 16, 2026, on the third floor (3E) of the Eito Building Kobe Ichibankan in Shimoyamate-dori, Chuo-ku, a short walk from Sannomiya and Motomachi. It is a small izakaya-style spot built around mamezara (small-plate) side dishes, pork miso soup and good white rice to go with drinks. The owner, a former office worker of 25 years running a restaurant for the first time, named it after two dogs, Gin (silver) and Luna (moon), who also appear on the sign. The drinks list runs six sakes served in dedicated cups, including Senkai and Hyakumoku from Hyogo, plus whiskies such as Yoichi and Taketsuru, gins like Roku and Kanomori, wine, and Sapporo Classic in a nod to the owner's roots. Coffee and soft drinks are also sourced from around Japan. Open Wednesday to Saturday, 15:00–22:00; closed Sunday to Tuesday with occasional irregular days off. Cash only for now. No pets.
