CHIHIRO the CHOUX, a new choux cream brand from the financier shop Chihiro Kashiten, opened on August 28, 2026 inside Daimaru Ashiya, which connects directly to JR Ashiya Station. Alongside choux cream made with Calpis fermented butter, it sells canelés, including a red tin of ten flavors.
