- The event takes place across walkable venues around the Sasayama Castle ruins, centered on Sannomaru Plaza with additional programs along the City Hall route and at the Otemae South Parking venue.

- The main stage is Sannomaru Plaza, with a parade course in front of City Hall and a sub venue at the Otemae South Parking area.
According to the event poster, the day also includes a performance by the Sasayama Homei High School brass band from 10:00, a calligraphy performance by the school’s calligraphy club from 10:30, an opening stage by local high school students, and the Oshiro Market.
A record 41 teams are expected to take part in 2026. Tanba Sasayama Rakukukan is scheduled to perform at 12:24 in Sannomaru Plaza, 13:10 on the City Hall parade route, and 14:24 at Otemae South.
Mr. Yosakoi Soran, Takeshi Miyamoto, is also announced as a special guest.
