TAOCA COFFEE, the specialty roaster that started in Kurakuen, Nishinomiya, opened its Ishizai | Miyamizu shop on September 4, 2026 in Ishizaicho, a sake-brewing district of Nishinomiya. The shop came about through ties with the sake maker Nihonsakari. Besides single-origin coffee, it serves cocktails that combine sake and coffee and sweets made with sake. Open 10:00–19:00, closed Tuesdays (from October 2026), 40 seats, parking for 7 cars.
